Frequently Asked Questions
If you are considering working with Sarivale, these are the questions we are asked most often. If yours is not covered here, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
01
Working With Us
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. The minimum run for any single design is 10 cabinets.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
We need both a detailed engineering drawing and a specification, not one or the other. Once we have both, we can prepare a quote.
Do you offer confidentiality agreements?
Absolutely. Many of our clients require NDAs as standard, and we are entirely comfortable working under confidentiality. We do not publicise client names or project details without explicit permission.
02
Materials and Process
What material do you use for speaker cabinets?
Our standard material is Baltic Birch plywood, chosen for its density, consistency, and acoustic properties. We can work with other materials where the specification requires it, but Baltic Birch is our recommendation for the majority of professional audio applications.
What tolerances do you work to?
Our CNC machining works to tolerances measured in fractions of a millimetre. The exact tolerance depends on the specification, but precision is non-negotiable at every stage of our process. See our What We Do page for more detail.
03
Logistics and Delivery
What are your typical lead times?
Lead times depend on the complexity and volume of the project. We will confirm a realistic delivery timeline at the quotation stage and keep you updated throughout production.
Do you ship outside the UK?
This can be arranged.
How do I get started?
The simplest way is to get in touch via our Contact page or call us directly. We will arrange an initial conversation to understand your requirements and take it from there.
